68.Thiruvathirai kuzhambu

1.Thuvaramparuppu 1 cup.
2.kaikarikal[Ella kayum podalam]
3.Sambar podi 1 teaspoon.
4.Theankai 1/2 cup.
5.Dhaniya 1 tablespoon.
6.Kadalaparuppu 1 teaspoon.
7.Sivappu milakai 3.
8.Small elumichai alavu puli.

Paruppai manjalpodi searthu veaka vidavum.Ella kaikalyum narukki thannivittu veaka vidavum .Pathi veakum pothu pulikaraithu vittu, sambar podi ,uppu searthu nantraka veka vidavum. Theankai,kadalaparuppu,milakai,perunkayam ennaivittu brown coloura varuthu araikkavum.
paruppu,araitha masala,kaimealaka kotti nantraka kothi vanthavudan kariveapilai,kothumalli podavum.Ennail kaduku,pachaimilakai thalithu kottavum.
pooshani,paranki,urulai,sakkaravalli,avarai,pattani,carrot,kathari,flower,entha kai veandumanalum podalam.
